Jeep JL/JT Hammer Differential Covers

For the most avid rock aficionados, G2 Axle & Gear has developed the latest iteration of our Hammer Series differential covers for the Jeep® JL model. Cast from ductile iron and powder coated black, these covers are designed to protect your ring & pinion from impacts associated with rock crawling. The unique design reinforces the housing while protecting at the same time. Great detail has gone into the design of the cover to make sure that any extrusions are eliminated, to prevent the cover from hanging on rocks and allow proper clearance for steering components

JEEP JL FORGED ALUMINUM WHEEL SPACERS

G2 is proud to introduce JL wheel spacers to increase track width or run wider tires for more off-road stability. These precision-made spacers are constructed from heat-treated CNC-machined 6061-T-6 aluminum alloy and feature pre-installed Grade 8 studs; lug nuts and thread locker for easy installation; and a corrosion-resistant black anodized finish. Sold in pairs.

JEEP JL PLACER FRONT AXLE SHAFTS

By utilizing our Dana 60 forgings, we are able to improve the strength of the JL front axles by using the larger 1480 series u-joint found in 1 ton trucks. Our front axles are forged from 4340 chromoly steel to provide increased torsional strength, and reduce deflection of the yoke area to prevent u-joint wear. Our Dana 30 axles come with a standard 27 spline diameter, or optional 30 spline upgrade which increase the diameter by 17% (aftermarket 30 spline locker required).

Our JL rear axles are forged from 4140 chromoly steel, and induction heat treated to increase durability, while allowing some torsional flex encountered under heavy acceleration and torque. The combination of this material and manufacturing process increases strength over factory axles, to be able to handle the additional load applied from larger, aggressive tires.

JEEP JL TÔRK FRONT AXLES

Similar to our Placer Series axles, our Tork axles are forged rom 4340 chromoly steel, and induction heat treated for durability. Using our Dana 60 forgings, we are able to provide 1 ton strength axles for the Jeep JL, improving the ability of the axles to handle larger diameter tires used for off road purposes.
