THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A RELIABLE LOCKER
The CORE Locker utilizes the reliability of a shift fork mechanism, coupled to a pneumatic actuator built- into a heavy-duty aluminum differential cover for unparalleled reliability and ease of service. The heavy- duty locking differential is designed to handle the added stress of large tires and a fully locked differential.
The CORE Locker’s forged two-piece carrier body offers greater strength than traditional three-piece bodies. It also features a two-piece main body that is held together by the ring gear bolts, limiting complexity and additional potential failure points. All housed inside a CORE44 custom built assembly.

MANUAL OVERRIDE
Built-in manual override allows for engagement of the locker even when air pressure is lost to keep you on the trail. Servicing is simplified by retaining the pneumatic actuator in the cover and not having to remove the carrier from the housing saving you time and money by not having to remove the differential cover and loosing gear oil on the trail where situations arise.

With the CORE Locker system, you can now enjoy the same on-the-fly activation. Simply hit a switch to disengage or engage the locker whenever it is needed. Pneumatically activated, the CORE Locker inside your CORE44 operates quickly and reliably eliminating the hassle being left stranded on the trail. It can be plumbed into the same compressor you use for your air lockers or the G2 Mini Air Compressor.
